Step 1: Athlete Evaluation
Our program begins first by meeting with our Program Director for a comprehensive 1-on-1 performance evaluation.
This allows us to determine athletic ability and learn more about the child's athletic goals.
Schedule your Free Class
Once we've completed the Evaluation, bring your child in to try any of speed or strength class for free to make sure they like the coaches and atmosphere.
After your child’s performance evaluation and/or first class, our team will help to select the right program to help your athlete reach their goals.
Our program offers different training programs base on your athlete’s age, abilities and goals.
